We divided into two groups our products according to them delivery time.
Purchasing of "A" category products (items on stock)
These are products on stock which you can be buy right away as a registered client or a vendor customer. There are a lot of advantage to be a registered, but that is optional. Advantages:
- You can follow continuously your orders on our website after the login, in the "ordering process" menu.
- You can find your "old" orders in the archives.
- You can use the wishlist, which you can forward to your friends
Put to the basket the requested product with the "buy" bottom on the right side. You can find information about the delivery time on the product data sheet, under the "information" sign. Entering to the cashier you can decide, weather you ask home delivery or you receive the goods personally. In this case you should visit us at InnoShop store in the BÁLNA Budapest (1093 Budapest, Fővám tér 11-12) at opening hours (on all day between 10AM and 6PM). Payment could be done by bank transfer or in cash at the delivery. We can grant your orders in 3-5 working days, on working days, in working hours, in case of home delivery with the help of DPD parcel service. We can accept your orders in case of complete data form, with valid and correct records. We cannot take any responsibility for losses caused by wrong records and technical problems during the ordering process.
Purchasing of "B" category products (items produced according to customer's request)
These are products which we do not keep on stock, to produce and deliver only for individual customer's request, which you can buy as a registered client or a vendor customer.
If you like to buy an item which is not on stock, you have to pay prepayment for the production. We send you pro forma invoice from the summary of the prepayment, to fulfill this amount is a proviso for starting the ordering process.
Receiving your prepayment we prepare the invoice for that and send an e-mail that we get your payment. The name of the buyer and delivery address could be different. The amount of the prepayment will be deducted from the final invoice, we are sending them with the currier - or post if it is a request. If you are a registered client you can follow your status of payments at the "ordering process" menu. You can fulfill the amount of the arrears by bank transfer and cash or credit card, in case of personal handover in our shop. In order to fulfill at the swiftest way we send you the copy of the invoices by e-mail.
